Paul Lanni’s most recent property is located on County Line Road in Villanova. This property has a most interesting background. It was granted to Edward Prichard in 1682 by William Penn. The land was owned and occupied until 1878 when it was purchased by a Philadelphia entrepreneur. He commissioned a well-known architect to design “Brinklowe”, a charming two-story carriage house attached to an historic barn and running shed. This “Gentleman’s Farm” was owned by some famous Main Line families over the years including the Clothier, Kellett, and Farrell families.
To date, Lanni Builders has built two spacious and luxurious homes on this property. The first home, with over 5,000 square feet of living space, boasts an elegant master suite with sitting room along with an au-pair suite, three additional bedrooms, a family room and study. It has a beautiful oversized kitchen with granite countertops and a center island.
