When it comes to building homes, you can say that Paul Lanni started at the bottom and worked his way up, literally.

His building career began in college while attending Villanova University. He began by pouring concrete foundations and working as an apprentice carpenter. He also worked for an engineering firm performing survey work. It was at this time, he determined what direction his life would take. He decided to use his knowledge and experience to build quality homes.

After college Mr. Lanni went on to complete real estate courses at Russell Real Estate School to round out his education in home building and buying.

Mr. Lanni built his first home in 1965 at just 25 years old. Quite an impressive accomplishment for someone so young. Since then, he has constructed thousands of quality homes and condominiums leaving very satisfied buyers.

He truly has worked on every level of home construction which is why his homes are exceptionally built.
